After more than 35 years in business, we’re pleased to share the next step in our evolution: Global Axis Import Solutions will now be known as Global Axis Substrates.

Global Axis Substrates is a long-standing Australian importer and supplier of premium growing media, with an established reputation in the mushroom and nursery industries and a growing presence in the berry sector.

Our name has served us well for many years, but we wanted to give people a clearer understanding of what we provide and where we fit within their production systems as we continue to equip growers across an expanding range of Australian crops.

“Global Axis Substrates reflects who we are, what we do and where we’re heading,” said Michael Callisto, General Manager at Global Axis Substrates. “The new name formalises what our customers, suppliers and industry partners already know us for: bringing the world’s best substrates to Australian growers.

“You’ll see our new name and related updates roll out progressively as we evolve our website, communications, documentation, packaging and other materials over the coming months.

“While our name has changed, our people, service standards and commitment to ‘making it happen’ remains the same. Our customers can continue to count on the same quality, exceptional service and reliability they’ve come to expect from the Global Axis team,” he said.
